So here is a bit of spoiler. There are 3 lives. The first was when Babe (Kwaeta) is murdered by Sophee (Billy's bethrothered fiancee) while Billy (Khun Pranai) is away. Kwaeta is able to get reborn into the next life, but Khun Pranai from the first life is still holding on to his promise of love for Babe and his guilt for not being able to save him, which is why he remains a ghost. The house was built as a love nest for the two, and he waits there. In the 3rd lives, they both are reborn once Billy lets go of his guilt of not saving Babe in the first life.
To my knowledge Sweetheart Jom the Saint BL and Somewhere Somehow GL will come out first then Indeterminable and then the FreenBecky supernatural crime GL Cranium.
