They told in the video that the company was valued at 1 million usd, normally businesses get sold with 30x of their monthly revenue that means they are making 33k per month. So it's a very small company with an image of a big company. Nothing wrong there.
They could all be freelancers who are part of the company and that’s ok too

Everyday more than 6 trillion dollars are traded on the stock market, this money actually being traded is not a single person's money. If you get 1000 dollars out of it, no one will ever notice your presence..But all you do daily is watch videos and call it a scam!! Are you insane? a. Please go and listen her voice at 0:02 to 0:05 period in this video where she said, "15 things you didn't know about..." The voice sounds unnatural from 0:02 to 0:05, however, the voice started sounding natural from 0:08 to the end of the video.
b. I'm new to Alux.com. I've found this channel when I searched about time management in UA-cam search box and I've just watched "Who Is The "Alux Lady" Narrating The Videos?" last few minutes ago.
By the way, you're a rude and shallow person for insulting me first.

So, here’s the Alux.com timeline basically:
2013: Emil Anton starts Alux
They struggle some years with the blog and their only source of revenue is from Adsense.
2016 (I think): With a growing audience and a small cash pot Alux decides to tap into UA-cam and starts their own channel with their first viral video being about Dan Bilzerian.
2018: Alux is now a successful tech-media company with +2M subscribers and a flourishing social media audience. They now drop their luxury ecom store and go full blog on their website. Turning into a social-network for luxury enthusiasts.
2019: The sky is now the limit. With ongoing affiliate partnerships, a successful UA-cam channel, podcast and a brand spanking new meditation service. It seems like things can’t get any better. And I hope they do.
