Amazing thank you. That was real racing... no safer wall, no catch fence, people standing in infield with no fence, and watch them run out of the pits...it’s like a local dirt track race when the sprint cars are flying through the pits... it’s real risk and real access to the drivers and cars. NASCAR lost its way... bring back the local tracks and real racing or turn off the lights
It's controversial whether it ever was 36 degrees at Bristol. Officially it was, but according to one source some guys measured it once and noticed it was considerably shallower. Hard to know really.
@@theflagstand yah I've heard that about Bristol. Could you imagine locals or non professionals on this. I wanna say they had a meda vac pad eventually.
It was a fun track and fast. Àlways 2 lanes great local weekly racing. They ran late models mods dash cars ( super fast 6 cyc cars) and little 4 cycle cars
Hey man. I wanted to ask you something on a post you made on one of my videos, but seemed to remove it. Do you also have all of the videos from Buggy Boy’s and OSRN’s first channel before they were terminated and any other races from other users before they were blocked or removed by that asswipe (Jay Coker)?
@@AustinLaPlante Sorry if I removed my comment, I don't remember Sorry, I do not have any of the videos from the channels you mentionned, I've stopped collecting races as I have had 2 hard drive failures in 1 week. Although I have backup for a few of my favorite uploads, I do not see the point of spending hundred in hard drives for content that I will probably never watch again, apart from a few of my favorite races, such as Harvick's win at Atlanta '01 or the fall Charlotte race of 01. So, to be short, I do not have any videos from these 2 channels that were taken down by that motherfucker, Jay Cocker.
As scummy as Coker is, I thought those 2 were taken down for some other reason? In OSRN's case, the motorcycle races apparently were a no-no for the copyright holder, whoever it might have been.
That looks like a fun track to race at.

And It's fun to see the fans in the stands appreciate that, waving and cheering.
Thanks

@@AustinLaPlante I've already uploaded those videos.
Does anyone know the name of that starting lineup song?
