No. Any lvl of labyrinth from apprentice to apex lvl can give you the aghanim reward as long as you finished till the last boss. Fastest way is to keep spamming Apprentice lvl since its the easiest and fastest 20-25 min per game. The aghanim reward for each winning run is random though.
