Jess Awake320 💯🎯. Even if u do well and avoid the law, the money won’t take u much places outside of the Gucci store. U cannot do anything significant (like purchase a home/homes with drug money). Most dudes I know and grew up with (me included) were just as addicted to the streets and hustle as the fiends were to the drugs.
Wasn’t till I stepped out that environment that I learned that ppl with jobs and a legit hustle always had more (quality of life and assets) then the hustlers.
If u can be smart, disciplined, driven with a strong work ethic u can build urself up a quality life out here. Don’t live beyond ur means, invest in businesses outside of ur regular day to day. Multiple sources of income is key. Bank effectively. Maybe some real estate income coming in monthly such as rental properties or flips. U can still be a hustler just not on the streets. Buy some tools and a truck, get a few homies who don’t mind getting dirty and working, find demolition work in construction sites and build from there. Pay the homies well so u keep them motivated making a good living and staying off the streets. U give back by showing them how u did it while providing opportunity.
