LF-SMH Leak CCIT System for Pharmaceuticals for Ampoules, Vials, MDI, Vials, Flowpacks, PFS and more

LF-SMH is the innovative leak testing machine manufactured by Bonfiglioli Engineering. It is a Non-Invasive, Non-destructive Integrity Inspection System for finished and filled containers for in process and off-line control applications.
The machine, suitable for laboratory and in-process control applications, is able to perform tests in large in-line systems for a wide variety of container applications, such as:

This machine technology is based on CCIT (Container Closure Integrity Testing) is a non-destructive measurement technology based on Vacuum Decay Method. The objective is to detect container leakages by measuring the reached pressure level as well as the pressure change over test time.
