    Hey Sanjay, Thanks for all your great videos. Helps a lot! I have one doubt. @12:10 of the recording, you have added the Record Type check on the Get Cases. Do we really need to add it there? because the decision element is branching out to Parter and Customer already right? My understanding is that only Parter related cases will pass through Partner decision branch and Customer Cases though only Customer decision branch. Is my understanding incorrect? Could you please clarify? Thanks

      Hey, the record type check in get cases element is to retrieve the number of cases related to the record with the same record type. The decision element is only to find out which field of the Account record to update. So that we can avoid unecessary updation of second field as well, as it is not gonna change anyways. we can write the flow without the decision element as well, but in that case we have to update both the fields always.

    Hi Sanjay, I have a requirement where the case recordtype needs to change based on change in owner. Is there a way where I can fetch the recordtypes and use that in formula? Or only option is to create 15 decisions, get records, assignment & update record? Please let me know.
