I remember when I found Trisha's videos AGES ago. I was an ugly, insecure, little 14 year old. And she made this video that was like "How to Have a Bikini Body" or something. She was "ok, you go get a bikini. you put it on your body. you have a bikini body!" It was all about self love and being confident in your skin, and it actually really helped me. I was in a really dark place, hell, I still am, but it was actually really impactful. I hate myself for other reasons now...
i hope you can overcome that ❤ i struggled so much with my visual impairment for years, and also for having albinism and being pale as a ghost and having white eyebrows and hair. now because of my thyroid issues and corona i've gained so much weight. most days when i look at myself i want to look and be different, but i know i cant do anything about the disability or that my hair literally grows out in a few weeks even if i dye it (so i gave up on that). i think i've gotten better at just being happier with myself. i'm trying to eat heathier so i can lose some of that weight i gained. sometimes i slip up and eat sweets or something unhealthy but i'm trying most days and it's going better than if i tried to 100% stick to a diet. don't be so hard on yourself, i'm sure you have lots of great qualities ❤
The very first Trisha pastas video I saw was “ your body is beautiful” video about 8 years ago when I was 12 and insecure about my weight and honestly it touched my heart and made me feel so confident about my body. So I agree, Trisha has really helped me learn to love myself.

trishia’s part about about demons is completely true from my own experience i’ve seen this for myself demons don’t look like in these movies the thing about the voices are true it’s sounds like your voice in your head but sometimes really think really think about what your voice in your head is saying like kill yourself or kill someone or steal or lie it’s stuff like this be mindful people my experience i say it manifest and you can have conversations with the person who is being controlled there is no eye rolling or bones cracking and stuff like this but the behavior are obvious it’s not disorders it’s not mental health stuff even tho these both exist but there are cases like this “not super religious” but i’m very mindful from this experience i’m sure i’m not the only one with these experiences

Jason’s daughter coming to him at 10 years old, to have a sit down conversation must have taken so much courage. Ten is the age I started shaving, got my period, started wearing training bras, began having feelings for/about classmates. No one is perfect and if i see growth, even if it is minuscule (which here, I think is massive), I believe you should celebrate it. The bar is not low for her, I have always believed her to be a kind, good hearted person with no filter between her brain and mouth. Sure, she says stuff without thinking about it but I don't think she means any of it because she is always so ready to learn and take accountability - actions speak louder than words at the end of the day and she has always been so respectful and kind to everyone that comes across her. She has gone through hell, she has her own demons. There is bravery in not only pushing through all of that but growing at the same time :)

It blows my mind how noticeably healthier and happier Trisha has become in the short time of only 1.5 years simply because she changed who she hangs around and what she focuses on. It’s honestly so inspiring to have been witness to her growth from the first episode to now.

As someone who grew up living with men who made me sexually uncomfortable, I feel so much for Jason’s daughter. It literally breaks my heart that she tried to have an honest conversation about how she felt and he put her on blast for millions to make fun of. If she had therapeutic and psychiatric help to stabilize her and prevent the episodes their dynamic would be perfect. Exactly, it's the constant fear that something is gonna go wrong eventually and probably any minute now.
When you're not use to having happiness love, and trust in life , it's very difficult and anxiety ridden to belive in it. The old waiting for the bomb to drop. She just needs time. Time to feel comfortable, secure, and above all SAFE within the positive elements of her life now. I get it , she has never felt deserving of anything good. Its a thing when you've been used and abused for so long.
