I have to grab this, didn’t they add a patch randomizer too…
A lot of the patches sound similar with only minor tweaks between each.
Great demo. It sounds great but has always seemed on the expensive side to me for what it is. If it were £10 I’d snap it up.
Actually, if you're open to a different perspective you might want to consider this: When I attempted to painstakingly go through the entire list of every app I've ever come across, I was unable to find another app that embodied the combination of this compelling visual presentation coupled with the unique character of that instrument. I understand that comparatively to what iOS users are expecting to pay generally speaking this is on the "pricier" side. On the other hand once you consider the cost more in absolute terms and consider the artistic appeal and value of this instrument, it can become a very easy decision. With that said BA-1's "retro-detuned" sonic flavour is not something that people will invariably like because of its very defined character (meaning it's not particularly versatile). I'll finish with saying that while generally speaking I'm very hard to please, BA-1 really does it for me, ESPECIALLY considering the update that just came out yesterday. Cheers! 😄
@@groovegcs I appreciate the reply. It’s that given the large number of synth apps I already have, plus several hardware keyboards, would I get the value out of it. But the sound, and relative simplicity, certainly have an appeal.
