Wireless peripherals are the way to go in 2023 and has been for the past couple of years now. Bought and using the Nuphy Halo 75 because of great out of the box sounds and for its 2.4Ghz wireless connection in tandem with my Razer Deathadder V3 Pro.
Damn, kinda wild seeing Ajazz here. I actually have an Ajazz keyboard - they were selling retro-style mechanical boards on Amazon for a while. Double-shot keycaps w/transparent lettering and true RGB. Downside it that it's a non-removable cable with what looks like the most outdated-looking USB-A cord I have ever seen. The only reason it's acceptable is because having a cylindrical cord tumour near the USB head is accurate to old keyboards. Also pretty sure the RGB software might have been malware lol
For mice, I have had a Redragon Vampire Elite m686 RGB wireless, I got it on amazon, it has the Optical Pixart 3335 sensor, 3 thumb buttons, a very comfortable ergo design, and 1000hz polling rate. I've loved it so far, aside from after years of use, the scroll wheel fantom scrolls from time to time as the clicking mechanism for it is very soft and so i think it gets stuck on peaks and slides into the valleys ever so often. the clicking has also gotten noticeably a little more difficult/louder, which is why I'm going to be replacing it soon with the Redragon AATROX M811 PRO, which has an upgraded Optical Pixart 3395 sensor, 26000 dpi, looks to be the most similar ergonomic feel, more thumb buttons (2 + the 8 mmo buttons(i don't really want them but I also don't want the bullseye with only 2 thumb buttons(i got used to having 3 and can't go back))) and I highly recommend them! cannot notice a difference between a wired and it. they also have some headphones I haven't checked out, the 510 Zeus
oh i failed to mention price, the Aatrox is only 42.99 direct from their website. The mouse i have now, the m686 vampire elite, is also 42.99 on their site, but only 32.99 on amazon. the aatrox wireless is not on amazon, only the wired version, and it is 35.

I dont think that they "outperform" wired mice. Wireless everything tends to be worse/slower than its wired counterpart
