I just remembered I had it and as you spoke about your accessories… I googled this: Her name was Pandora, meaning all-gifted, implying all the gifts she had received from gods. Along with her, Hermes gave a gilded and intricately carved box, a gift from Zeus with an explicit warning that she must never open it, come what may.

His grace is sufficient, if saved you will be sanctified and He will test you. Everyone's path is different, because certain of us have more trauma and were assigned harder paths. It might take longer because we fight the Lord out of lack of knowledge.
However, just because someone life's doesn't look like sunshine doesn't mean they don't walk with the Lord. If anything we shed the need to pretend and flaws are more visible until the Lord takes us through them.
It takes time, some longer than others. Same did the Israelites in the desert. Humans are difficult. Do we need to please people? No. Just the Lord himself. However, if a witch such as Beyoncè is leading people into the lake of fire he will respond in a serious way. We do need to pray for our enemies, who are filled with the spirit of disobedience. The enemy is after you, always will be. Don't ever think he ain't on the prowl, we just shouldn't be afraid.
