That is a nice solar dehydrator. I it your design or is it a design you found it on you tube?. I would really like to build one for next yr. since we didn't have time to get a garden in this yr. We have moreimportant things around our homestead to get done. Really enjoying your videos. lots of information.
I live in South Arkansas and like yall do not have air conditioning. i was wondering how do you keep the moisture out of your dried veggies. Even when i dehydrates my produce till hard, put in a sterilized jar and screw on a lid tight, I sometimes wind up with mold on it. Forget about putting them in ziplocks because it will surly mold in them. I havent tried oven canning them once dries because I dont want to heat up the house. What do yall do to keep the moisture out?
Just wondering what the blue building with the two white doors are? How do you keep your dehydrator warm at night? Doesn't the food spoil if it's not all the way dry?
Love your videos!
I enjoy your videos so much, good information, great topics and I do enjoy the parts without music,so peaceful like your lifestyle
