I agree that financially rewarding good governance is a good idea to fight corruption in Africa however, many great African leaders have been murdered, exiled, emprisoned with the help of "outsiders" (europe, america etc.). One cannot fully address the issue of governance in Africa without addressing outside influence.

His prize of good leadership reminds me of a bus owner who typed at his bus in big fonts that (tomorrow anyone could ride the bus freely). This villager knows very well that tomorrow will never come.
