I had to get a letter from my institute. Everything has become online now, no physical branch to go to. The first call i made, i practiced the conversation 10 times before calling and my heart was pacing so fast 😶. Turns out the person i called was clueless about my query. He gave me another number to call! I called another person, still the work was not resolved. I ended up calling atleast 50 people! And had to write a 100 emails. After all this, my query was still not resolved, but now i don't fear talking to strangers on calls or emails😅.
I feel like I slowly turned into the parent and now I have no problem with the phone calls
