V K Mathews is the Founder & Chairman of IBS Software, a software product company based out of India. He is regarded as a thought leader in the global aviation industry and has been a speaker at various international events conducted by IATA, Harvard Business School, and NASSCOM.
Mr. Mathews started off his career as a faculty member at the Military College for Indian Army in 1980, teaching computer science. From 1981 to 1983, he worked as systems analyst with Air India. From 1983 to 1997, he worked as the General Manager at Emirates. He founded IBS Software Services in 1997.
IBS has a workforce of over 3,500 employees spread across 40 countries. 15 of the top 20 airlines in the world , six of the top 15 hotel chains and six of the top cruise lines are clients of IBS.

Nothing... പുതിയതായി ഒന്നും കിട്ടാത്ത ഇൻ്റർവ്യു വിഡിയോകളിൽ ഒന്ന് കൂടി... മറ്റ് മാധ്യമ പ്രവർത്തകർ എടുത്ത പഴയ ഇൻ്റർവ്യു വീഡിയോ കണ്ടിട്ട് അതിലെ ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ ചോദിക്കുന്നത് അല്ല ഇൻ്റർവ്യൂ... കുറച്ച് കൂടി നിലവാരം ഉളള ചോദ്യങ്ങളും ഉത്തരങ്ങളും ആണ് ധനത്തിൽ നിന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്.

When such great personalities are being invited... please make sure the interviewer also be the best in your panel.
Making your Mathrubhumi your Karmabhumi is indeed great. Not many try it.
He could have started this venture in other cities or even in the US..
But to start the venture in Kerala and make it a success must have been extremely challenging.

I have worked in IBS before and it was my first company. Not many people know this but they are in the top 3-4 number when it comes to AIRLINE PSS providers in the world, after legacy systems like Amadeus
IBS is one of the Top companies in the world.
There error precedent is 0% In passenger bag handling
About 17 Airlines prefers the software.
At first I don't believe is an Indian company essentially a malayali.
It's remarkable stunning performance performance
With cutting edge technology.

I remember getting interviewed for IBS. Never asked any technical question he’s right they were looking for attitude. They offered me job in 2011 but they couldn’t stick to the timeline.
All said, Mathews is a pioneer in technology aviation feild when he started off.He became a brand and he walked alone. He studied new things and he too off easily.
Always smart and trend setters.

i thought the questions were really interesting. Although I’d ask more follow-up questions based on the answers - for eg, when he talked excitedly about acquisitions, she could’ve maybe asked something about it instead of changing the subject.

Thalli marichathu polundu. Other than some cliche things , nothing substantial came out of this person. Vision , mission values (Read BS) etc .etc. it was like a waste of time for me.🙁🙁.
