VRCN Delegates Accreditation at Asia Forum 2024

We are proud to be granted with the valuable opportunity to provide secure credential for delegates authentication at the Luncheon and Regional Networking Events of Asia Forum 2024 organized by the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) and supported by the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office in Singapore.
It is a joyful experience to work with Quickom, the premier event organizer in Vietnam who has opted VRCN's idLink secure credential cloud issuance engine to work its event system. A personalized mobile tokenized ID in the form of dynamic QR code was embedded in the event invitation link sent to all delegates to combat copying. Any copied ticket will become invalid in maximum 8 seconds and copied ticket will immediately be rejected even though it is used before the real ticket is presented.
We ae most obliged to partner with key robot solution leaders in the region, namely Robocore and Guardforce AI who have incorporated our idLink tokenized virtual ID as the secure identifier in the process of visitor accreditation. The robots are able to grant venue access to registered delegates by using the camera system built inside to scan the virtual ID without use of any physical controller needed in the conventional access control process.
