Hi Phill, good to see reviews of the budget end of the tackle market - keep them coming. I've had two of these boxes for a few years, the green on for coarse fishing and a yellow / black for sea fishing. Great boxes if you treat them with care. You've another sub mate.

Good review, I've got two of these boxes, one for coarse and one for sea fishing. Had the boxes for three or four years and neither has had any issues. Like one of the other comments I have no idea what those slots are for in the top part.

To be honest, I have never used it for a seat. I think I would only use it as a seat if I were on holiday or on foot as I prefer a chair that has a back.

I was thinking that myself. I think they have something to do with sea fishing maybe for holding knives although I'm not sure. I paid around £35 for mine off eBay.
