I'm so glad you like it. I am still progressing, and I know it can be frustrating to feel like you are behind the curve before you even begin. I want you to know that I truly appreciate your comment. Thank you! 😊
Thank you for this! This was such a great intro. I've had a rebounder for years but with the revamping of our house during the pandemic, it got folded up and stashed. This was so helpful as a "first time back in may years" workout for someone who was always a beginner on the reformer. I look forward to trying more of your videos!
I am so grateful I found you! I have had several knee reconstructions so I have to modify. And during that time I gained weight. Your workouts are the reason I decided to try Pilates!! Bless you
That is so smart! Thank you for that tip! I will have to share that with others. What a wonderful idea! It is great that you figured out a way to make rebounding more comfortable for you. :)
@Bastian Pfötchen It’s absolutely acceptable to modify and have tools for support while building strength and endurance. The goal is to start somewhere rather than not start at all.
Definitely! You will really appreciate the results if you do! It's great cardio. I was able to hike for hours without losing my breath because this has been training my endurance so we'll. And, I may be down another size in a week or so. That will be 4 sizes total. I can hardly believe it!
Just found you!!! This is fantastic.....I just had knee surgery and this is helping..are you on Facebook.....I really love these videos… FYI, I’ve had my reformer from hsn for about 7 years and never used it!!!!!! Thank you!
Yea! I am so glad that this worked well for you. We gals with injuries need to start differently than other gals. I am so thrilled that you are using your machine. I am telling you, my body feels so much better every day now that I am using my machine consistently. I hope the same for you. I truly believe in you and what the aeropilates can do for you. Thank you for making my day with your comment! :)
@@everythingaeropilates I hope you continue more..... are you on Facebook or Instagram... I’d love to stay in touch!!! Thank you again... just finished the 7 minute video a few minutes ago!!!!!! Have a great weekend!
Yes! These are available at TSC. The link is down below, and the price is discounted from the original price (although still a bit expensive). www.tsc.ca/Stamina-Ballet-Bar/pages/productdetails?nav=R:512611 Please note, this bar does not fit every model. If you have a 5 cord or a premier model, you are good. Otherwise, this will be too big for your machine. I do review this bar in a video...here's the link. ua-cam.com/video/XFVhsM6jJe0/v-deo.html&ab_channel=EverythingAeroPilates
Well, thank you! I know jean-wearing isn't for everyone, especially during workouts. I just don't have workout clothes and am too stubborn to buy any (plus, then you have to find some that fit well and such). But also, I know myself, and if I have to change to do a workout, I will exercise less. It is a mental thing for me to have to change my clothes to do a workout and then change back afterward. But I can say, these are stretchy jeans that almost feel like they could be yoga pants. Thanks for taking the time to comment. I love hearing everyone's thoughts. Maybe someday, I will bite the bullet and get fitness clothing. :)
Love this! So refreshing to see a normal human being demonstrate these exercises in a clear and unrushed way.

Thank you so much for breaking down these exercises! I had no idea how to start. Much appreciated 😊
I am so happy that this workout is helpful! I hope you are enjoying your AeroPilates! :)
I'm very grateful you've undertaken leading the newbies to the reformer at such a nice self-determined pace. You're a gem!
Awwww, thank you, so much, for the encouraging comment! I hope that you are using and loving your AeroPilates :)

Awesome! Thank you for making this video!
Yes! Rebounding hurts my lower back. I have to put a rolled up towel under my butt to help.
That is so smart! Thank you for that tip!

Love it, I need to use the rebounder more

It really bothers me that your wearing jeans while working out. Other than that. I LOVE your channel!
