Akai GX-630D-SS Operation And Demo Video. Reel to Reel 4 Channel Quadraphonic Deck

I have three of these along with a few Tascam/Teac quad reel to reel decks. I'm down sizing by selling some stuff, some I've sold already and some (like this) I will be putting up for sale in the future. I'm a no-nonsense guy, I call it like it is, good or bad, I believe people deserve that in todays world where so many want to bend you over. This Akai deck works very good, that's why the video, to show everything works and plays like it should. The tape I am recording on for this demo will go with it. Most tapes noted will be on the demo reel but I decided to also add some music I have converted so you can hear it for yourself and decide how good I did. I plan to put some stuff way out in the "Twilight Zone" on there, it's pretty GOLDEN I think and a few from some BUFFALOs out there in SPRINGFIELD, maybe a few more. The ARCHIES DID NOT fit on the space I had left so that not on there, I think the COW tape made it but I forget, I'd have to listen and double check. The first two are on there though.

The Archie's on Q-8 ? Never knew that one existed. There was the proof tho. I have some of those on Q-8 tapes, But mostly vinyl, What there is of it anyway. Far more tape than LP. That's an awesome set-up. I don't have quite that much.

Hi there. Nice deck. How much did you sell it for?? I bought one about a year a go in great condition I paid 375$. I am happy with it. I got a technics us r 1506 one for 900$ and the other one for 600. I think I did ok. Thx for sharing
