The Credit Roll video is so indicative of the song. Most people, when the credits roll, they are out, off to live life thus making the credit roll just background noise. I think that was the whole point in the video. He was being shown on the television while the group was sitting around the table eating, not really paying attention. Which, consequently is exactly what he was singing about. Either way, I adore this album. It's just so incredible!
Loved your comment! Credit Roll is such a short little song but I loved how RM was asking us a thoughtful question. I, like RJ, wondered why RM would put out an MV for this song & I never really gave much thought to the visuals in the MV.... until your comment. Yesss, so on point!
Honestly, I love Namjoon's solo music, he's so good and true to himself, from RM to Mono to Indigo to RPWP, to his collaborations and covers, he's so talented at writing, composing, producing, playing instruments, even he shows up at the "engineering" part in the credit of his music, so talented, thanks for react to Joon's work ❤
RM is an original and outstanding artist. I just loved his album and all his previous works. He’s a visionary when it comes to music. He does what he wants and I love it!!
Yes someone else who had Domodachi as their favorite song! It’s so unusual but sooo good. The chaotic video is perfect for it. I’ve been very sad how very few reactors have even heard of Little Simz she’s doing good and killed it. To me Credit Roll is RM in the background ignored in others lives. Yet for Army and BTS he is central and not ignored. I took this as both a unique thank you for listening to his odd avant-garde artsy album but also commentary on how we treat each other and how he’s treated. Layers of meaning even in a 1 min song. Brilliant record.
The more I listen to the album an the songs…the better then are…you keep discovering new sounds…EM really did an extraordinary job with this album!! Thanks for the support
Roll the words and images reminded me of the last time I went to the cinema with my hubbie and he didn't want to wait until all the credits had finish before leaving which flipping annoyed the hell out of me. I always wait till the end of the credits before leaving as I feel it's only polite to do that as it's an acknowledgement of all those who worked behind the cameras and you never know if you're going to a 'spoiler' right at the end of the credits which happens with some films.
Bbangsang is not a word apparently but a modern meme that's come to stand for gibberish or nonsense, the second rhyming bangsang is said to possibly refer to a type of earthwork or forest work fortification. I'm sure folk with better details will chime in
