I don't think top fuel isn't considered for race but only oval and drag but rb17 main competitor is jesko absolute and chiron 300+ and 919 hybrid evo and Valkyarie amr pro and bolide and venom f5

Nah his top fuel ain't upgraded cause top fuel could smoke rb17 in oval aswell but in top speed race cause top fuel 530 km/h stock and rb17 is like ig 505 km/h
