Flapjacks : 125g Oats 125g Jumbo oats 150g Butter (melted) 75g Golden syrup 75g Granulated sugar add whichever choc chips, dried fruits, nuts you want, say a handful. melt butter and add into it sugar and syrup, mix until sugar dissolved, then add this to the oats and whatever bits u want in it, mix until everything is coated, press into the lined tin.want to be about an inch in depth. bake for 25 mins at gas 4. double recipe for a larger batch.

That turkey stew looks gorgeous, that's definitely my kind of food, even in summer I much prefer a roast dinner or a casserole. I've not bought a turkey leg in ages, they used to be 99p back in the day I dread to think how expensive they are nowadays. P.s..u will always be known for double tapping !! I don't actually ice ours, the one I make the in-laws, they have a naked cake, and ours I've always covered in Cadbury chocolate x
