a drop cloth makes great "homespun" material and amazon has great prices...JoAnn's carries muslin and that great for homespun as well as flour sack material....most of those are white or off white but all of them tea or coffee stain very well and you can use acrylic paint watered down in any color for dying (just try on a small swatch until you get the color you want)...TFS your talent very thing was very nice
