First time user. After successfully pairing the phone, the app wanted to do a firmware update. After 49 percent, it stopped there and didn't progress. Doing a restart of the phone and will try the app again
When I have my phone set in portrait mode part of the iSteady shows in the screen of my camera. If I move the phone to not see the stand in my screen it's not balanced anymore. Am I doing something wrong?

Can I use the gimbal without install the apps, I just want a simple stabilizer only.
Sorry, it can't. It need to install the APP, and connect the bluetooth when use the gimbal.
