One suggestion, you can easily convince the patient by saying severe dryness is there ,nasal picking abrasion seeing and now blood pressure is little more..this is the main cause of bleeding ..moreover,you can ask like this any nasal drops used for eg xylometasole drops( otrivin), it may leads to severe dryness.. like that we can convince...
