I promise you, surfing is literally so fun. You should try it sometime when you feel ready! Honestly the whole process of learning it is so therapeutic. And once you finally are able to do it by yourself, you feel so powerful! Don't let the waves or fear get you down. I was scared before too, it just takes practice. You'll get it I bet. At the start, it does seem really tricky and the waves are intimidating. You quickly realize, it's ok. The big waves make it fun though! Happy trails❤ I wish you roses

LOVE YOUR VIDEOS LIKE ALWAYS also I feel like because this was such a big change and move, it will take time to adapt, and it’s completely normal to feel loneliness, estrangement and this bittersweet feeling! Yes, it’s a wonderful amazing experience and there’s so much to see! But theres also stuff left behind and I can speak from experience, it’s a really cathartic disorientating experience!! What helps me in times like these is to take care of myself first and foremost- like you were doing, massages, taking time to cry and think through, sometimes yes, disassociating but in a safe way. Just focusing on you and things that feel right to you. I LOVE YOU keep doing you!! You are amazing and deserve all the good things 💕💕💕
