I saw them live in Massachusetts in like 2010 or something. There shows were insane. You could feel the bass in your intestines and the light show was unreal. It would kill and epileptic for sure. Such a sick band, wish they got more credit than they did.
kinda sucks the circumstances that made Courtney and the rhythm guitarist leave IWABO, but at least we got Spiritbox out of it, been really digging them lately

I would like a bit more IWABO in spiritbox. They are too close to pop music with heavy guitars. Enjoying it, but the jazzy influence of IWABO or some more prog would elevate spiritbox for me.
I've always been a fan of iwrestledabearonce, but this is by far the best thing they've ever released. The new sound is *amazing*. While most metal bands are selling out and making poppier, more consonant music, iwrestledabearonce continues to get better.

Late for Nothing was my first glimpse of Courtney, but I did enjoy their earlier work. LFN had incredible production, but Hail Mary was a juggernaut and should've sent them to the moon. Glad Spiritbox came into fruition, but she seems so much more animated here, youthful energy is no joke

That album is flawless for any mathcore fans. So damn pissed of, technically mindblowing but always focused on a tight songwriting. Drumming is from another world.

I've been a metal fan for most of my life, i listen to everything from Metallica to Slipknot to Whitechapel to Immortal, and this album is fucking undeniably amazing. the production is satisfying and heavy, the writing is clever and creative, i mean, it's a fucking metal masterpiece. i have no qualms saying this at all. long live the Bear.
I only became an IWABO fan with Late For Nothing because they kinda ditched the gimmicky stupid shit and sound effects in their songs that I hated about their first two cds and went with almost a more traditional metalcore-ish vibe. To me, LFN was a lot of more palatable, it was very catchy and heavy, but it still had some weirdness in song title and melodies reminiscent of their older stuff without turning me off. I really like this new direction their going that is more heavy, brutal, that's a bit more grounded and not so out there. Old IWABO fans may not like this as it's not as weird as their older stuff but I'm digging it.
