Yeah, "I'm fine" sounds fine to me as a British speaker, though I'm only under 40 for another year and a half. I sometimes used to reply with "Same shit, different day" but I wouldn't necessarily recommend that.
Stop taking the english language as a robbery and have more fun as a child , i think u meant it, im brazilian , , and when i talk to natives , i started talking my way and everyone understand , and i really like ur classes 😉☺

This reminds me When we're newly moved in to our house and at that time we Have Not Met any one in our neighborhood, while I was doing some yard work in our front yard. And somehow some one showed up in our next door's driveway. And I simply greeted him Hello. And he never responded hi or hello! Instead! he stuttered really bad making Me feeling Nervous, very uncomfortable, he made Me so confused, the Tension and his body language was insane. From that moment on. He avoided small talk. So what I have done wrong ?🙃
