This video is wonderfully done. I've stayed at Moon Palace before and will be getting married there next month. I stumbled upon this video and have shared it with some of my guests to get them excited.
Your rating was on point. However, the food was good both times I've stayed there. I think it might depend on the season. I've always stayed in the winter. The MoonPalace in Mexico is also wonderful.

Congratulations!! How was your experience? We are starting to plan our wedding for next year and we are looking at Jamaica as our destination. Looking at a few resorts considering Moon Palace and Royalton. I have been to a few Royalton properties and I have enjoyed them. Any feedback would be very helpful. Thank you

I had an amazing time. The videos and pics don't even do justice. Moon palace is truly a palace. Amazing food, service amenities and everything is right they're. No need to leave the resort. I cannot wait to go back.

Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

You’re welcome! Honestly based on the location, a rental car isn’t needed. If you want to venture outside the hotel, I would recommend a tour bus or private taxi which can be arranged by the hotel.
Swimming with dolphins is an extra charge. I believe there were about 6 sit down restaurants excluding the jerk hut & cafes.

I ❤️ your reviews! I'm planning a surprise 50th bday to Jamaica. And am so torn. Hyatt Ziva seemed perfect until I saw several responses talk about low entertainment factor. Moon Palace seems great for entertainment but subpar food. Trip is planned for 6days...any other recommendations? Like modern,chic decor PLUS good fun

I highly recommend Hyatt Ziva...the staff is amazing and entertainment was great. It's my 6th time going there and I think if you are looking for party nightclub scene than not so much that but if you are looking for entertaining shows and a good time and close to airport...it's really good...two resorts in one. Stay at Ziva cuz you have access to zilara
How much is the cost to just go and enjoy and leave one day,should i check in for the time im planning to spend
The only problem is arriving to Montego Bay and then getting on a bus for two more hours to get here
Ugh, I was set to book the Zilara after watching your video until watching your Moon Palace review. Now I'm torn. Solo traveler and all I really care about is the food, drinks, and a little nighttime entertainment. I wanna emphasize food because I usually stay at a RIU or Royalton resort and the food is very subpar. Which resort would you recommend for me?
Hey Andrew! Since food is big for you, I would definitely recommend Hyatt. The food there is 👌🏾 Moon palace is better for entertainment but the food was for definitely disappointing.
Would recommend Hyatt as well .. food there is amazing, dont matter the restaurant . Z team kept the vibe as well . Adult fun on the Zilara side but if you wann just chill the Ziva side is there as well .
@Andrew , I would recommend, Jewel Jade cove, it has the wet bar, since you love food, the jerk hut, and , let me put it this way, you will not be disappointed, it use to be a nudist resort. It's for adults only, it's not a nudist resort now but it's nice.

Hey Nikki, the spa and dolphin cove are not included with the all inclusive.
My I ask why you rated the food 3 stars? Did you go off the resort to eat? I’m just a little concerned we are a Caribbean family and we love flavor in our food.
Hey Jennifer! The food didn’t blow me away unfortunately. It was just average. We didn’t end up going off property though. Instead we mostly had the jerk chicken since that was good, and also the Asian restaurant.
Only thing I don't like about Moon Palace are the small balconies.
