This thing sounds pretty darn good. I had an EA-1 for years. Never thought much of it. Probably could count on one hand the number of times I used it. Always sounded to brassy to me but this, this sounds legit. Might have to scrounge one up.
+Matt Greer I traded my ea-1 for an er-1. world of difference. ea-1 is pretty meh... youd have to run it through external processing to get a lot out of it. I will never ditch my er-1. ea-1 was the first anything I owned, at 13 :P

I wish korg would produce a new electribe with the drums from the ER1 the sampling from the ESX and the synth engine of the radias :)

I quite like the noisy reverb but yes it would eb good to have the option for it to be icy cold or shimmery warm too :)

Yes. you can connect it by MIDI and change the clock on the device to external
all i want is a monotribe with more features / better pattern saving capabilities for ~500 bucks :(
drumlogue is 600 bucks but thats 9 years of inflation i guess.
Oh yeah and stick in a kaoss style effects controller too :)
