This is a great slow paced video. Excellent logical and transitional instructions. I was able to run it along side my real data and make large improvements in speed.
i dont mean to be off topic but does anyone know a method to get back into an Instagram account? I somehow lost my login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me.
@Jake Jonah I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
one of the best videos i have ever seen in recent time best explanation Could you also upload a video on how to refresh Excel files using SSIS currently we do not have proper video or blog on this topic thanks alot for sharing your knowledge
sssis case study: Below are 3 files we can receive daily Accounts-user account details Assets-user asset amount/value Activity_details of user activity on that date? Tell me? 2-process each file into the database?
Thanks for the video Bhaskar! Really helpful. Can you please tell me a better way to implement incrremental load in SSIS for FACT Tables. A fact table which is having 250+ columns in which lookup mapping would be a pain. What are your thoughts on this.
Sir I have a requirement where I need to get data from multiple tables and views and the total records will be around 50000 per day. The target system uses REST so db data needs to be converted to JSON so how to do this. scenario - 1 If i want to send data in batch of 5k till it reaches 50k records scenario-2. Pull 50k records and then convert to json and send it as is(i think its not possible but advise on this approach)
Very nice video. One question - in the last part of the demo, I understand your reason for using OLE DB destination in place of OLE DB Command but what is the reason for using a staging table table and Execute SQL task? Could you not directly insert into the real destination table using OLE DB Destination?
again you are pulling whole data from Source system , and comparing with Destination. its not good idea do that. use audit columns in Source and target table. pull all the records from the source system table where last inserted date/modified date > =last inserted date( on target column). .
wow the nicest person ever, you made my life simple. thanks a lot by far the most helpful person in data ware house and SSIS.

No, because we wish to update the existing record and not add new one.
