If there is no way to know the time of birth at all, would the chart from your link still be accurate for the person with the rest of the appropriate information filled in?
bear in mind, about 2 million people are born on the same day, they all cant have the same life. even if youre born on the same day as Donald trump, there's only 1 of him out of 2 million people. you can look at the chart from the moon though. depends on how accurate you need about your situation. also need the dasha period
the link will not create a chart without all the information. you need all the birth information to be able to create an astrology birth chart
