My aneurysm was 3cm I elected to have coil & flow diverter. I had stroke 3mnths after due to the doctor taking me off the plavix & aspirin. Got stuck to stent causing stroke. I have no history of high cholesterol no high boood pressure none smoker no family history. Honestly If I could go back in time I would Not have elected to do fix the aneurysm. I was never informed of the risk of stroke only informed of the minor side effects.
