Absolutely sweet ride. Wife and I are looking into this category, and while we'd prefer A4 allroad, there isn't a hybrid variant (yet). So, it's either this A6 hybrid or V90 hybrid. What's the total range you expect on a full tank & battery, without flooring it for lolz? :)
No idea if they will release an hybrid allround, but that would be a fabulous ride :). I have no idea tbh... I haven’t been able to test it.
So jealous! You can just wake up and drive one of my dream cars! I need 50k. Hope I win the lottery!

I didn’t know they made an A6 55 TFSIe version. Is this only available in Europe?
I guess it is... just like they don't offer the PHEV Mercedes C Class 300 in the US

Great video ! Definately going PHEV but the trunk space though 😥 compared to traditional A6 thats à hard sell
I know... I hope they soon find a way to make some room UNDER the trunk floor instead... same happens in the Mercedes hybrids. Thanks for watching & commenting!

Leuke review. Komt er een uitgebreide versie van ook? Meer bepaald naar effectief verbruik van rijden op enkel benzine en enkel batterij over langere afstand enz.
Dag Michiel, er komt inderdaad nog een review aan. Maar verbruik van enkel benzine heb ik jammergenoeg niet kunnen testen.
@@jonasautovlog ok top, ik zie het wel passeren. Zelf aan het overwegen om de 55 tfsie aan te schaffen, dus zoveel info als mogelijk vergaren is interessant. Ik heb een beperkte testrit gedaan en van de rij-eigenschappen ben ik reeds overtuigd.
@@NaRcOtIc86 Super, ik denk dat je misschien wel nog iets zal hebben aan mijn review dan. Die testperiodes zijn jammergenoeg te kort om die range-gerelateerde zaken uitgebreid en onderbouwd te testen. Review komt er één dezer aan!

Hey! I just pick up my Audi A6 55 Hybrid used but I can’t open the electric charging door to charge the batteries. I have read the manual and also tired all I could but it still won’t open.
How do you open yours ?
Wat mij opvalt bij de hybride modellen van Audi, is dat bij acceleratie de klassieke aandrijving zo goed als meteen ook wordt geactiveerd. Terwijl bij een hybride Mercedes je in feite in comfort mode zo goed als steeds in EV modus blijft, zolang je niet stevig versnelt. Vind ik toch een minpunt, je kan bij hybride Audi die EV niet echt forceren en aanhouden
Dat zijn inderdaad keuzes die de merken maken, met een Audi is de remkrachtrecuperatie op de krachtigste stand ook zachter dan bij Mercedes. Maar alles evolueert, deze video is ondertussen al een jaar oud, misschien is de situatie ondertussen alweer veranderd :).
wat is het gemid. verbruik? en hoeveel kun je op de batterij rijden nu het winter is?
Dag Stijn, bedankt voor je comment! Wel, ik heb geen idee van gemiddeld verbruik over langere periode, deze test was meer dan een jaar geleden en ik heb de wagen toen maar een paar dagen gehad.
Benzine dop is niet vergrendeld omdat je weinig moet tanken. Het is vergrendeld omdat het moet kunnen ontluchten ivm te dicht in de buurt van de battery

Weet jij toevallig de topsnelheid want ik ging is een keer veel harder dan de aangegeven top van 250kph dus ik denk dat de top veel hoger ligt
Neen, misschien is ie gewoon niet begrensd? Wist zelfs niet dat ie meer dan 250 kph kon halen! 👌😄

Yes, this A6 Avant was surprisingly sporty. Love the seats, didn't quite like the color of them.
Why...? Why? Why? Why? Are these not coming to the US?!?!? Makes me SO MAD!! It’s exactly what I wanted and have been thinking about since the second year of owning my 04’ Allroad. “I want an S6 Avant. Or an A6 Avant and tune it up a bit” NOPE! We just get the Avant that’s double the price and has a 2 year waiting list unless you buy someone’s personalized RS6 that they decided to not buy..... WHY AUDI?? WWWHHHYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!
I get your frustration Leland, you'd have to buy the RS6 instead :). Wow, there's an actual 2-year waiting list for an Avant, that's just crazy...

It's not really all a zone 50 of course, a lot is zone 70 and some zone 90. If I should go over the speed limit, that would be only when there is no one around and I have a clear view on the road ahead.
