Nice Setup, I'm sure people are waiting to see it all buttoned up with the plastics back in place. following myself as i hate the way the traditional snorkel kits look
My following PVT temp sensor install video will show it buttoned up. I did not bother because it looks just like factory. Everything is still completely hidden under the bodywork. Thanks for watching!
My airbox is leaking through the rubber strap the holds back plate of airbox on. I can't believe that rubber strap is fastened by an actual hole in the airbox. So stupid.
How has the kit held up? Curious about the belt box because they arent sealed to the engine and the box itself isnt gasketed. The highlifters have a seal that can be added. Also since the air filter access panel isnt sealed i was wondering if there was any moisture in there after the ride.
Well check out my polaris playlist if you want to see how it performs. A little too good if you ask me. We venture deeper then we are suppose too. My machines have factory rtv on the belt box to trans housing and i carefully inspected the foam cover seal. No leaks, same for the airbox i did a zip tie trick to make sure the bottom of that access door seals properly. No leaks on either machine so far. Thanks for watching!
I was but no one is buying so i decided to let people figure it out on their own. People expect me to make them a custom kit for nothing so i gave up on the whole idea. Email be if serious interested $350 shipped for the full kit.
Another great video explanation. People should have no problem replicating the install with your kit and videos. Way to go!
Nice straightforward install, as usual John,
Thanks for sharing,
DC

Mine is leaking through rubber strap that hold plate on.
Can you run all the hoses in the headlight pod?
It would be very difficult. Because there is zero room back there.
Where can i find just the plate?
Not available separately anymore. SYA doesnt want people piecing together and making their own kits. They want you buying theirs only. Real bummer.
@@JohnFrancoNH dang, I can’t buy the kit bc I have an old 1999 sportsman and it won’t all be compatible but the air box plate works on my air box
R u not selling the kits anymore
