coming to this late, but wanted to throw something out there. you mentioned wanting a bed close to the end -- not sure how "close" it is to the end, but you could hit the button on the elevator, then sprint over to the med bay in the Institute (no loading zones), and use those beds in a pinch. a reload would end up requiring the ride up the elevator again, but it's an option.

I always wonder how did NOBODY in QA not play through the intro and come to the conclusion that it's just way too long and drawn out. Especially when you take the tutorial in the vault into account. It's just so replay-unfriendly.
Bugs we can all agree on, but all games have them. Mods fix most of them. But the beginning too long? Oh come on. Just do what EVERY player of Fallout 4. Save a unmodded game AFTER the tutorial, right before you exit the vault, There, you can fully customize your character and head out and do whatever you want in the world, skipping the intro entirely.
Because they’re almost always overworked, underpaid and unappreciated. Plus this is Bugthesda we’re talking about so they definitely rushed the game and had to work with a priority list of more important things to fix.

Too much Vitamin D will deplete your Vitamin A! It can cause tinnitus issues, vision problems and deep itchiness in the ears. Hopefully that gets better ✌️
Totally off topic but for the sake of those watching, the reason why you got tinnitus was probably for the same reason you began taking vitamin d supplements: stress etc. So it might have appeared that the supplements caused it but it just coincided with the emergence of the symptoms which caused you to seek medication for them. Not a doctor here but I'm just sayin, it could just be that. This is why they do 'research'. Really enjoyed the video btw

No the vitamins from apple come from the juice. The problem with juices these days is that they are pasteurised so they can store it longer. This destroys the live enzymes in the juice and a lot of the nutrition. The food is essentially “dead” making it a unhealthy sugar overload.
