You can use the mix level on your audio interface for low latency input monitoring.

tutorials like this are what have made it so difficult for me over the last 6 or so years so learn audio engineering correctly whether it be on the mix side or the recording side. Maybe a little late to the party but anyone reading this. DO NOT control the levels of your mic with the fader... ever. Thats the last thing you should ever touch while mixing let alone recording.

Go to audio settings and change your buffer size to as low as possible. You should keep under 256 to not have any delay :)

If you're using an audio interface, INSTALL YOUR DRIVERS!!!!!!
You can get near zero latency when you're running your vocals through the interface. FL Studio Asio isn't as good as your interface.
