I really love the way you explain these moves but one thing would get your videos to the next level if you spent more time showing examples of when to use which move. I personally feel like my mechanics are improving but it doesn't reflect much in my gameplay as I often choke because I don't know what the right approach in a particular situation would be. I personally just want to become a better teammate for my son, not to win awards for flashy retakes or the fastest editing course run. In any case, very grateful for the effort you are putting in. Your channel will grow, no doubt.
Wow what a great dad! I pray protection over you and your son! As for getting better at the mechanics and knowing when to do what, a lot of that just comes down to game sense and experience. Different moves will begin to make sense as the optimal move to do in certain situations the more you do it. Watching pros and asking yourself why they do what they do. Playing ranked and 1v1ing people will help you transfer your moves over into realistic scenarios. Keep up the wonderful work! And thank you for being there for your son I bet that means the world to him.
@@crimsonz425 OMG, you are so awesome. Fortnite community at times is so toxic and condescending. It is such a pleasure to experience supportive players. "Ranked" puts a little too much pressure on me as I never play solos, but join my son and I don't want to screw up his ranking progress. He's carried me to Platinum in this season which for me is already a big accomplishment. However, I don't really feel like Platinum. I love 1v1s but my son is so much faster and smarter in this game that I yell every few minutes 'I'm done with this shit!' since my futile attempts 99 out of 100 times end up with me dead, haha. What annoys me the most is the feeling that I'm not improving. Thank God my son is very supportive. He just says "Dad you are getting better. I'm just the best in the world. That's why you lose." Cheeky bugger, haha. I put my hours into watching and practicing stuff. Even now when I'm traveling with my wife, when I'm in a hotel and have a minute, I try to learn from more experienced UA-camrs so that when I'm back, I can be a better teammate for my son. God bless you too. Maybe one day I start a channel/movement encouraging more parents joining kids playing games.
@@UldisBizwhat an actual great human being, the more u get into these more competitive games the more toxic and obnoxious it’s gonna get but don’t let it drag you down, ur the man putting all this time and effort into building a pure bond with ur son. And practice and patience and time is all it takes man i know your gonna become really good
Ooh, some of these may be too challenging for my current level but I'll be grinding the ones that seem doable. Really good video. Big thanks from the gamer dad. Grinding so my son doesn't have to carry me in the game so much. BTW, not trying to be an ass but maybe worth upgrading your mic. Really strange sound, like you're sitting in a tube. Not a biggie, I'll keep watching your tips with whatever sound you've got, just my few cents ;)
He’s on edit on release on. You can tell because when he’s doing cone flips he’s resetting with scroll wheel. There are work around for optimal editing on edit on release but the general consensus is that edit on release off is better because you can reset and edit again without having to worry about letting go or the edit and you can use the extra time it takes to edit to line up a shot and then confirm where as edit on release if you let go of the button even on accident it’ll edit possibly before you’re ready. It’s better off for competing but on if you just want to be flashy in creative. I really recommend learning with it off though before your muscle memory has you locked in and you can’t switch if you ever wanted to
That guy's right you and dolla are the next thing. The road to pro series was one my favorite things to watch when not practicing in the game to the videos already. Definitely gonna be watching the channel on alert. I can do a bunch of retakes and moves but in a buildfight I choke and end up not being able to implement the moves. Slowly learning though great content my boy
Dude you are good at the game but you used to cheat lmao it’s so funny that I know the person that sold u A bloom reducer for what like 25$ and the reason why u got a new cpu was because u got banned
Ive been hard accused since august, i kovaak everyday and constantly keep my aim at a high level. Ive been pc checked several times lol and i would never pay $25 for a bloom reducer, and I built a new pc bc it was time for an upgrade lol, 10th gen i5 in 2024 wasnt gonna cut it, had to beef up with 13900KF

Do you use edit on release or no? Because I don’t know which one is better on or off
