I think EB can take A LOT of pressure off Rivera with play-calling and play-design, Rivera is a defensive minded HC. From a KC fan, he’s always shown great leadership skills and has certainly been a huge part of the evolution of the Chiefs offense. Everyone who’s ever worked with him, raves about him (minus Shady).

I just realized that I had never heard Eric Bieniemy speak. I see him on the sideline, talking to players and coaches, but I’ve never heard him speak since he left been a player and even then I don’t think I’ve never heard him speak as a player. If you listen to LeSean McCoy, he made it sound like the guy could not speak eloquent or put a 😢couple of words together without utilizing harsh language. We all have two sides of ourselves I think he came across well and sounded like a coach. I would love to have him coaching my Atlanta Falcons as the Head Coach. I think we would be better for it.

I like Shady as a player I don’t know him personally but he said he doesn’t like how the coach addressed some players. Shady called Dak Prescott TRASH, he spoke I’ll of the Cardinals Quarterback but he take offense of the coach being harsh. He needs to look in the mirror before throwing stones.
Shady is still mad because EB benched him.. Shady went through fumbling issues and lost KC 2 games because of it. After that he sat on the bench and the Chiefs carried him to his Super Bowl ring.

I remember one of the companies I worked for asked me “What is the most important aspects of a job?” I told them in order for a job and a company to be successful is communication. If you don’t have communication between an employer and an employee there will be disfunction and animosity. He seems to be preaching that exact same thing. Btw the company that asked me that question is on the verge of closing their doors because of the lack of communication, and I no longer work for them.🤷

As much as I wanted him to be the Head Coach for Indianapolis Colts, I'm happy for him. I feel like he will finally get the respect and recognition he has always deserved. I know for sure next year he will finally get a Head Coach job. I see Reich, Demeco Ryans, Jon Harbaugh, Robert Salah, Stefanski, Vrabel, Josh McDaniels, Joe Staley, McVay, Allen will all be fired after the 23' season is over
I personally think we are about to find out if he deserves that credit or not. His entire OC career has been under Andy Reid and with Patrick Mahomes.

Fun fact for all the fans all over the world that do not know much. Commanders basically have 3 head coaches on their team now. Eric Bieniemy to run the offense, Jack Del Rio to run the defense and Ron Rivera to invigorate the Defense that much more. I guarantee they will win the division. It will be 1. Commanders 2. Cowboys 3. Eagles 4. GIANTS
After hearing this man speak is surprising to me how he is not a head coach in the NFL with his resume and much less how they have reported he doesn't interview well ...sounds like he knows the game well...
