Thinking about taking this on myself. Two items: 1). does the Dexter Wet Bolts need to have the grease hole aligned horizontally to ensure proper grease flow into the bushing? 2). How do you ensure the splines are aligned so you don't strip out the hangar before tightening / driving in?
I just watched you do this after I did my own. My Dexter’s came in fancy red. You did well, but two suggestions. First, when you’re driving out your plastic bushings. Use the new brass bushing on the bolt to push it through. Now you’ve done both. You have a Milwaukee 1/2” impact. Buy the Milwaukee 12 volt grease gun. I wished I watched this before I did it. I had to take the one pivot bolt out because another poster said the anti-seize was for all the nuts.
Dexter recommends greasing the E-Z Flex every 3 months or 3000 miles, whichever comes first. Hope that helps! www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Leaf-Spring-Suspension/Dexter/K71-653-00.html
Use a high moly grease! Lasts longer and holds up to moisture better

How often should the bolts be greased?
