can you do a tutorial on rolling shots of cars?
This vid was fire 🔥
Pls i need cheap dslr 🥺
Even if it is used
What mode were you in? Lovely mix of shots.
The way you change lenses so much. I'm very reluctant where I am. It's so dry and dusty that almost always dust gets on the sensor in this climate. Here changing lenses is best done by running the shower hot for a bit to knock the dust out of the air and doing a quick lens change.
You have the most infectious positive attitude on UA-cam.
Agree.
You’re such a happy friendly dude, refreshing to watch you in action
I love the "Goood morning, everyone! Tonight we are..." 🤣
I shoot the A7C myself. Love the size, makes it feasible to carry with me everywhere, while something much larger will be difficult to take everyday to work and back.
I’ve also a 24mm and 50mm primes, though are Tamron and Rokinon respectively.
Incredibly good photos, 8:45 was the winner for me. Learned a lot, thanks!
The reflection with your phone change everything. Great job 🔥📸
Pierre looking fresh with that outfit 😎
The photography's level of Pierre is just out of imagination 📸🔥🔥
Pierre, this is probably one of my favorite videos of yours! Really well done from the professionalism you showed in the restaurant during the shoot, the magnificent images, and the honest and positive review of the gear. I just acquired the A7CR as a second camera, along with the 24 and 50 mm Sony G lenses primarily for street and travel photos. Thanks for the great job!!
I think this may be my favorite POV episode you’ve made. Really cool environment you were shooting!
Pierre, you were also dressed for the occasion :) Glad that you were allowed to shoot in that environment.
My favorite pic, was the panning shot of the chief.... I was also nervous while you were in the kitchen. Lol
Very cool. Shooting through the heat grid was my favourite. Very neat and clean looking kitchen, very little colour-but you pulled it off. Well done.
I really like this format with you talking through your thought process and approach
I want to do this with my photography! This is great Pierre!
Simply amazing. You took the risk of getting out of your comfort zone and you nailed. Congratulations! And very entertaining video!
hes one of the most creative and enjoyable guys to watch after, other photo channels are just plain boring and lack content
I have been trying to avoid watching this video, because it wasn’t your normal street photography; but your commentary at the end of the video, confirmed the feelings I was having while watching. I am disappointed that I chose that path.
It’s not the street photography that keeps me watching your videos, it’s your pictures! You stepped outside of your comfort zone and produced the same quality of photos as you do on the street. Makes me realize that it’s not what it shoot, but that I keep getting up and going out to get some great photos.
Thanks Pierre.
I used to do this exact same thing, shoot photos for restaurants for their social media.
Really unique perspective from the kitchen. Some real bangers there. I think I've used my phone before while doing street, it does kind of add something to the composition. Great video as always sir.
am I the only one who wait for good morning every one😂😂😂😂
Love the under the grill shot.👌🏻 in fact loved the whole video. The light looked real good.
What a quality!🤩
Dope as always!!🤙🔥
I think this is considered photojournalism and not street photography.
Great job either way.
Photojournalism has a slightly different style, although i do agree he should've said Photojournalism but I do see why he said street photography, he used street photography elements in his images
Such a unique and awesome shoot you got to be a part of. I would be a little uncomfortable as well bc chefs are always expected to perform at their best all the time, and I’m sure being in front of a camera made them uncomfortable as well. I really loved how this video turned out great job.
I was in the kitchen working. Was not uncomfortable at at :)
@@Zarnsautodetail that’s good. I just know that some people are uncomfortable at first, and then warm up or completely forget the camera is around is all I was meaning. Looks like a nice kitchen to work in for sure.
@@absoldati It was a little different having them walk around and take pictures of you while your working but it’s nothing that we aren’t used to at the same time. We have people come in and film us and watch us run service all the time.
@@Zarnsautodetail that’s cool. I’ve never had the opportunity to do any restaurant photo shoots, so I wasn’t sure how people would react.
This is the type of photography that I've been thinking of doing for restaurants as well. Capturing them in action in the kitchen, street photography style! Love how much you used your phone in composing as well, it's one technique that I also do once in a while since it's fun even if it's hard. Love to see various composition techniques applied here. Outstanding video Pierre!
Very brave to take photos in the middle of the heat! dope video!
I'm usually a street photographer but I've just started shooting restaurant and beauty photography as well, perfectly timed video
Hey same here I'm usually a street photographer. Do you have any tips to get into restaurant photography I'm not sure how to go around it
@@ricci3950 I used Facebook to get some free shoots done then built by portfolio before doing paid shoots
@@darrenleephotography Thanks a lot!!
I always feel like in a video game😂 great video. Didn’t see something like this before
You did a great job shooting in that kitchen! I've been photographing restaurants for years now and it can be tricky navigating through a kitchen. Well done!

Sweet dreams! :D
Love this man, thank you ✌️
Pascal (France)
Reflexions look very nice Pierre. Well done!
Super Pierre! Incroyable comment ça se passe et tes photos sont vraiment incroyable. C'est inspirant de te voir comme ça en action.
Super vidéo.
Love the shots from this episode!
Love your content; greets from Croatia!
Awesome, thank you!
This video inspired me to pick up a camera for the first time ever and create street photography videos. Pierre, thanks so much for the inspiration. Love your work and the energy you bring 🔥
Now, who could be unlike this video? Super!! keep it up, brO. @PIERRE T. LAMBERT
I like them all. My favorite(s) are probably the silhouette walking into the kitchen. And the first reflection you did with the chef's phone. But hard to pick.
Congratulations for 400k subs
This video is very inspirational for doing a style change on our photos
Hi Pierre, Love this video! I am a chef, but follow you as i also love photography, so for me this inside tour of a three star kitchen is fantastic viewing and to watch you capture the light so well in a kitchen intrigues me. I started my photography journey a couple of years ago as i was always interested in how the photography side worked.that’s when i carried out the food photo shoots for out restaurant marketing campaigns. My photography journey has been frustrating at times but i have just completed your 30 day program and what can i say.. it was amazing, its transformed the way i take photos.. thank-you ..Tony
Like your stile and attitude keep up the good work
This was so fantastic! Thank you for this wonderful video.
Top!! Greetings from Italy!
using phone to shot the reflection, brilliant!
Loooove these pics. I always enjoy your videos but these are such a cool change to your usual street photography. There is something very special about these photos. Very different.

Would love to see a video tutorial from you on how to take panning shots 🙏🙏

Great Video and Picture‘s Pierre 👍🏽👍🏽
Really loved this video! Super informative and interesting! I’d love to do a shoot like that.
Love from srilanka 🇱🇰
I have this camera and I love it.
Great photos! Your 85mm would be cool too.
Love your street photography vids. I’m more of a video beginner/enthusiast. What was used to capture your b roll because that was amazing too! Haha
8:02 this is my favorite, i love the color reflection, greets from indonesia🙏
Master!!
Really enjoyed the video. Inspiring as always Pierre. Thank you! What do you think about the new 50mm 2.5 on a A7R3?
Very nice lenses
Cool video. 👍🏻👍🏻 There are to many favorite shots to pick a favorite from but I really like the reflection shots. Looks like a nice restaurant, I didn't catch the name. Have a good weekend. 😎
Restaurant EVER
@@Pierretlambert Thank you. 👍🏻
Love the videos but is it still street photography if you’re in the kitchen? 😂
wow - this brilliant - this is exactly the camera and two lenses plus food / restaurant work - that I wanted to see. This is exactly the equipment I was mulling over buying for my food and restaurant work.
Question - do you find you can switch from photo yo video fast. My Nikon D750 has a photo\video switch that automatically saves the last settings.
Great to see these new tiny lenses in action. Can you post some of the shots from here on your website or Flikr so we can take a closer look? Also, Since the 24mm GM is one of your favorite lenses, how would you compare this new 24mm G compact? Would you buy it specifically for the smaller size (on the a7c) or since you have the GM, would you just just that instead?
Thank you for the video. But I have a question: why do you almost always make photos in portrait orientation? I feel like in landscape you would have given your subjects more room. Anyways, love most of the results, although I think you exaggerated with the reflection shots. You managed to translate your style of shooting in this kitchen atmosphere very well!
Super vidéo ! Très "challenging" ! Tu penses que tu aurais obtenu des résultats similaires avec un a7iii + 24-70 f2.8 ? Sans le coté "moins intrusif" du coup. Je découvre juste tes vidéos. Keep going !
I'm tilted rn, how this amazing dude can go out in cities but me stuck in my house since lockdown :
Wish I could like the video a million times
Love from🇲🇦❤️
When I looked up the price of the A7c I was really surprised that it's not that expensive. I can't afford one but considering the price a lot of cameras cost, I think it's quite reasonable. Also I love your photography and I love watching you shoot.
Impressive !
super cool bro! did you buy the A7c? im waiting for thr A74 but its taking so long that iv started to think maybe il buy this litlle thing in the meentime... just a bit upset about the evf...
Grt shot
Sir loved this video ❤️
