    I played on mine for a year and its a bilateral pars defect and inbetween the fracture the bones are kind of shaved off from being there so long I am seeing a specialist at the end of the month. What do you recommend?

      @@adityalotankar4306 good. It is not healed. But I have been doing lots of core every week and I noticed keeping my core strong made it 100x better. I’m back to playing baseball.

      ​@@21WRXSTIreally ... That's good bro .. 👍👍 I also have same .. spondylisthesis over L5-S1 .. but mine is unilateral... The gap between my pars are not fully cleaned ... Thaer is something attached... But some time I feel sensation and numbness in my left hip and legs ...
      I am so confused that about my fitness bcs I love doing gyming ... So u are also a sportman , so I just want to know about your comeback in sport 😊

    Interesting can moment about fatigue in golf leading to more upright swing. Can you provide the reference for that?

      I have left side pars defect over s1l5 and bulging disc over s1l5 and grade 1 anterolisthesis what can I do sir I have bucttak pain and some time back pain

      @@BilalMalik-xg5pz same here , I think until this fracture can't heal. Pain will be there .
