-Paperback - almost all of the platforms, most have both now
-Hardcover - KDP and IS, Lulu and Bookvault coming along too
-Audiobook - ACX, Findaway Voices, Authors Republic,
-Special Editions - Kickstarter and Direct most common. Could also use the other print platforms.
Each needs 1 unique ISBN. So your eBook has one ISBN across any retailer.
Your paperback has a unique ISBN across all the retailers.

Thanks again for another great video. I created my childrens book using indesign. I am having trouble formatting for epub reflowable. Do you recommend a childrens book with heavy content to be reflowable? or is fixed sufficient?
A few things: yes, you should be able to do it as non reliable because of the heavy images. Try Kindle Create for a KDP compliant file. However, I would ask if the audience for your book needs an eBook option. Many parents want their little kids to have less screen time so for a children's book aimed at a younger audience you may not need an eBook. For older kids who are reading chapter books the transition to tech literacy may allow them to read ebooks but those are usually less image heavy
@@1MKWilliamshi, sorry, what does non reliable mean? Is that the same as fixed epub? I was going to offer a .99 ebook for my launch campaign and for my email list to get reviews going, but I hear you about an ebook option and what does my audience need. My book range is 7-10.

Wow! Congratulations on writing your memoir. That is a lot of work. There are actually a lot of steps and little decisions. Editing. Cover Design. Marketing. Pricing. I go over all of it in my books. I also go over it in all the videos but they aren't in order, whereas my books are organized from start to finish. How do we convert from doc to epub file?
There are a few options. Some writing software like Scrivner or Vellum do this for you. I work with Formatted Books to format my eBook and print files and they also do my covers so it is a one stop shop and the files are accepted every time. formattedbooks.com/?ref=31
Draft2Digital can also convert your file and you can download the epub.
