Hello my dear friend, I hope you are well. I bought a lathe Stanko 1A616 1970-80. I watched all your videos, good job. I'm asking you, does the product have an English user manual? Also, the spindle and nut of the tailstock are missing. How can I make an image of the original and how can I make it in it. I would be very grateful if you could give information from the beginning. Thank you Sir. there is a english manual for it, I think I still have a pdf somewhere if you leave your contact details. Regarding the tailstock. I think one way to do it would be to make it similar process as what I did but then not reinstall the old barrel but continue making a new barrel from my "casting core" and then you continue making it complete and the other parts you seem to be missing. It´s really just a nut bolted on the back end of the barrel and a threaded rod connected to a hand wheel which is attached to the tailstock by means of a bearing housing.

Congratulations to buying a very good machine! I might have some more material but most things are covered now. But please feel free to ask if you have any questions, unfortunately i do not have this lathe anymore. But i do have manuals, memories and lots of pictures! :)

I get one with the machine but it has 36 pages and i feel like there is not much details in there. Have you bought something instead already? If may i ask🙂 Regards
@@Kyokunek I have a manual in english but i think it is the same 36 pages and it is not very explanatory but it does have all items on sectional drawings, gear data and bearing numbers. You can email me henrik dot andren at hot... dot se
@@henrikandren6967 Hi I'm Emil I come from Croatia I bought Stanko 1A616 1966 and I have a problem with the bearings on the main axle. Did you change the bearings. What numbers are on the bearings? Do you have manuals for that machine I didn't get with the machine? And there is no electric brake.

@@emilmarcac6981 hi, ill send you the manual! I did not need to replace the main spindle bearings on this, but essentially all the rest.
