    I am new to pizza. And practiced 60 pizza in the last month with Caputo blue with Onni oven. This video will save me from struggles. My cornichone wasn't big and hopefully this recipe works. I make it now. Thank you.

      I followed recipe but I have to use 1275g flour to make similar dough as yours.

    I've always heard that you shouldn't directly mix salt with yeast as one inhibits the other.
