Nice! Last week I also mounted it, I struggled for an hour to remove that brake on the back until I found something on UA-cam that it has to be forced :))
@make4all2000 I used a few choice words the first time I removed the tale lights lol it took me a while also. It's well worth it. Thanks for watching 👍
I believe that magnetic mount mounts to a place on the chassis there is a thing on the big rock with a rubber holder on it that idk what it’s used for unless it’s to hold the jumper when not in use
No they don’t, I’m not sure how much power they actually draw but the run time before and after installing lights was not even in the range of running a fan on the motor and the fan isn’t noticeable.
@JangLilBitofErrthang I do have an older video on how to paint one. Here is the link if you wanna check it out. ua-cam.com/video/KspjtnHIQZQ/v-deo.htmlsi=dZHRcomibRGU7qKC
How have you managed to keep this thing in new condition having had it for over 6 months? Mine would be tore all to hell by now. Six months into my t max and it was mostly aluminum from braking all the plastic parts on it. Lol
@graysonmiller8195 I have very little run time on it. Then I painted the new body and then did some upgrades. I put hotracing diff housings and bellcrank. I have been waiting for my light kit to finish it off. Now it's time to run it. I have so many other rc's and have been busy most of the summer. Thanks for watching 👍

@@RevelationRC Yes, it's worth it... I was a little worried that the lights would be too strong on 7.4v, but they are perfect in terms of intensity
@make4all2000 it's been raining here so I haven't gotten it out to try it. I can't wait
Thanks for the butter knife trick! 🧑🏻🔧🥴😵💫
@christiannasca3520 it works lol thanks for watching 👍

@@richardknapp5727 it mounts straight to the Chassis brace. I stick the magnet to a screw when not in use.
that looks fantastic 👌 love it 😀👍👍😎😎
@rcplaytime thanks brother 👍
The problem with lights, kills the battery fast. Good RC car 😎👍🏼
@@AlexVasquez-fw5up it shouldn't use too much battery. I will try it out soon. Thanks for watching 👍

@azovandy14.88 I'd agree 👍 I can't tell a difference, and they aren't as bright as some of the other leds on the market.
Great vid! 🙏🏼 Thank you.
Thanks for watching 👍
need a vid for that paint job
@JangLilBitofErrthang it was a straight forward paint job. But man, what a pain to put the roll cage in. It took hours lol
@RevelationRC ok yeah im new to the rc game just trying to see how things are done.

Nice!!! Did you paint it that color??
@andrataylor6070 thanks! I got a clear body and painted it. I was going for the general Lee orange, and it came out good 👍
