Hey bro wondering how can i get past -14 camber. With what u did can u extend the camber arm or something how can u can possibly -20 on a e36 in the rear
do you have any tips for drilling the upper? im about to do it but im scared the holes will be crooked and i wont be able to get the bolt through. Thank you
Ik this is an older video but I was just wondering, when drilling the upper control arm, what all do you have to disconnect to be able to tilt the hub back? I just drilled it out and went to tilt it back with only the lower control arm, trailing arm, and axle connected and it wasn’t going back that much at all. Just wondering if I’m doing anything wrong
i dont mean to be so off topic but does any of you know a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly forgot my login password. I appreciate any help you can give me!
I know this is an older video. But your the only person I've seen or heard of slotting the upper. And I just came across your video trying to figure out how to straighten out my rear toe. I'm running about -10 camber in the rear and the trailing arms are pulled all the way out and still have a little bit of toe in. I'm gonna try slotting my upper and see how well that method works. I have one question tho, did you cut the back of the brake shield or the ear of the control arm for it to clear? Super clean cars tho man 👌🏼
I had actually redrilled a new hole on the control arm rather than slotting it, this allowed for me to cut the ear of the control arm in order for it to clear the brake shield. I only had to cut it on the e36 though, on the e46 i did not have any clearance issues with the brake shield.
@@cufstatic3640 that's what I meant. I knew you redrilled a a whole and not slotted. But the edge of the ear is right next to the original whole. So I Mahone you didn't cut much. More or less just shaved some off?
@@darenmiller2076 On the E36 I had to cut halfway through the original hole in order to have clearance for the brake shield on the front ear. Since it was redrilled I didn't have to worry about the old original hole. If it was slotted you obviously could not do that.
@CUFSTATIC Did you just take the outer bolt of the upper out to do all of this? Does the knuckle swivel or move out of the way enough? Just curious cause every search I look up of an upper control arm they're worried about the inner bolt which I get but if I just wanna know if I can get away with that bolt alone
How did you zero out your toe? Did someone do an alignment or you do it yourself? I can't find anyone to touch our stance car and I cannot figure out how to get the toe right
@@cufstatic3640 I was meaning how did you tell it was 0 out? Everytime I think my toes set I step back 10 ft and it's pulled in or out. I have adjustable toe arms front and rear. Just can't find the sweet spot to get it set
Yo bro, i know this vid is hella old but i appreciate the tips on this. Just slammed my e36 and need more rear camber asap. I got a few question maybe you can answer not really related. What roof spoiler do you have on the 36 vert? And what spring rates are you running?
The color of that Beamer is gorgeous.
Thanks for the tips. But drilling the upper arm would not only fix the toe but also add even more camber!
Right?
i come back to this video often to try to mimick some of your setup on my sedan. i admire this build so much.
hey, 50$ rear adjust cambers on ebay says it goes -1 only , can i go more with them? or thats maximum i can get from them?

How do I get it to match that -11° in the front too?

Figure it out?
So I want to remove camber for proper tire wear when drifting. Any quick tips or tricks?
Are those 4" swift springs? what’s your ID?

Look up e36 jack pad! There are a bunch of companies that make them.

Unbolting the lower control arm and trailing arm makes it alot easier to get the upper in place!
Where did you get the rear rim from i wanna get a set
Wanna tut for front camber mod for e46, because plates are not enough.
Check out my front camber video!
Most definitely wanna see a front camber vid, -3.5 is not enough!
will do! i have a few different methods of achieving front camber so i will cover all of them
i dont mean to be so off topic but does any of you know a way to log back into an Instagram account..?

I was wondering do the e36 rear control arms work for e46 as well or do I have to get specific control arms for the e46
Aftermarket lower control arms are the same for both cars!
@@cufstatic3640 thanks bro I wasn’t sure hope you post more videos on your cars your e46 lookin fresh 👀
@@ratboy240sx I will once it is done!
If i drill the rears out could i possibly do the opposite by reducing camber, didn’t know if the axles would allow that or not

Redrilling the upper control arms got the toe very close to 0 for me!

Where did you buy rear window spoiler and what's the size
Cant wait to see what other content you come out with! Whats the thing you put into the side skirt to jack it up called?
It's a Schwaben jack pad adapter, literally the best thing you can get for an e36
Can you help me out i would love to get a set of those for my e46
how do i get that much camber as u have on ur 46, i ned it, did u just buy the camber arms or what have u done ?
fav 36 and 46 no cap
U can also make rtab bracket holes longer. Sketch-ish also
What over fenders on the e46 here??
Thanks for the video. Iv been fighting toe for ever.
Can you make a driving tutorial next please 🙏🙏
How did you drill those cast arms on the e46? They’re mighty tough!
Patience and a good drill bit!
What will this help with if I decide to get camber like this ?
Looks, aesthetic
what's the max legal camber bro?
I know I'm late to the party but what tool did you use to get the dimple cut out?
Just an angle grinder!
Yoo what is that jacking point thing for the skirt
it’s a schwaben jack pad adapter
What are your wheel specs for your e46 man?
Wonder if this works for e39
No, E39 front and rear suspension is completely different from these.
@@cufstatic3640 yeah I ended up taking it all apart and finding out how haha
Yo where you from? I got some questions lol my e46 touring needs tilt lmao
What make and model front camber kits did you use
I have another video on my channel describing how to get front camber!
What length springs are in the rear
4" swift springs
What spring ID do you guys have on the e36?
65mm 4inch?
Yes!
Do a front camber video too
Yoooooooo is that a roof lip on a cabrio hardtop????
Yes it is!
Im not gonna drill holes in there, I need camber without too much modifications
Only other option would be to convert to true coilovers in the rear with an adjustable upper control arm
Thanks stay safe
Yeah Quinn
i can’t do this
Nice garage, looks good for burnouts
Cant wait for your car to be done maan
