Only in night time take your dinner at 9 But complete your protein by taking salad ... I also skipped food totally I also used to eat food like you but when i switched my regular food I gained weight and I m suffering from Problems like Dizziness , Constipation So if u Keep your regular food with maintained portion and Dont eat carbs at night your body will transform in a healthy way We want a healthy body along with fit body ..... Not only a fit body with 100 of problems occuring in body Dont do this to you .
