- Welcome back. Today we go back to Clayton Homes in Raleigh, NC. We are looking at the Glory, an entry level single wide that breaks the mold on your bedroom sizes. Somehow they figured out how to make the middle bedroom bigger than normal without scarificing the space of other rooms in the home.

I'd put a pocket door in the kitchen going into the utility room. Closets too small. I dont know why but when i see the cream color walls i think of the older mobile homes. Its nice . Thank you for the tour.

If i was looking for a basic entry level, this would be ok. Like that the bedroom is larger than usual.
I watched on my TV again but came back to my app to put in a comment. This one compared to the other Pratt Home tours pales in comparison! However it is my price point so when do I move in? 🤣 Another wonderful tour thank you!
I don't think this was at Pratt. I think this was from back when he was in North Carolina.
Looks ok. Small on the cabinets in the bathrooms. The master bathroom could be a shower.
Hello Nate! Good video. Good price too, but this place isn't for us. Too much I'd need to change, which would change the price and not sure my changes would be allowed anyway! So I'll just watch for another one. When they made the 2nd bedroom bigger, and the living room is bigger in this one, as compared to the last one I think it was. Anyway making those two bigger they took wayyyy too much away from the bathrooms! No way I could use the bathroom in the Master Bathroom and not sure I could the guest bathroom! So I'd have to do lots of rearranging of nearly all of the rooms in this house! I kinda like the kitchen but even here I'd make several changes. Sooooooo, I'll just keep looking! I've actually seen several of yours I really, really liked and Didn't have to make much in the way of major changes - changing the guest Bedrooms into my rooms and switching the Master tub for a Handicapped Tub, is usually the only major changes inside those house! That wouldn't work on this one. But...I bet this is the perfect house for someone else. What's that saying about someone's junk being someone else's treasure? Something like that. They wouldn't build it if Someone didn't like it, would they? As I said, Nate, good video though. Always enjoy watching these videos even if I decide it's not for us! I just love looking at different floorplans and dreaming!! God bless y'all.

Most 2 piece tub or tub/shower combo is 4ft 6 inches and a 1 piece tub/shower or shower only is 5ft even unless you upgrade so most mobile home bathrooms are going to be the width of the tub in the children's bathroom or permanent guest side, the bathroom can be smaller in depth putting everything closer together like mine is and the front room has a larger closet that is the same size as the bathtub is I think it is 5X5 (the closet) for a 2 bedroom home I have plenty of room a separate laundry room with freezer space a 16ft kitchen with a breakfast/dining in its own space and I don't have to walk around anything the living room is it's own room as well at 14ft (2) 12ft walls for a tv and/or furniture placement I like my homes layout except the paycheck refrigerator placement but I don't like 80 inch doors that are standard height, I do have ceiling fan in the living room all you need is a piece of wood/plastic triangle in the center pitch good to go, so in closing 75 Grand sounds good to be entry level, but Clayton does not know how to design a single wide home even a entry level home to be livable but that's only my opinion and my wife's opinion.

What the heck was in the bottom of that bathroom tub, looked like 💩. I also noticed to toilet lid was missing 😆
Was living room too short for ceiling fan? I'd prefer carpet but understand all the hard floors being in north Carolina. Also wonder if the counter behind the sink could be extended for eating space. Nice sized rooms for this size single wide. Keep up the good work

Nate I have a single wide home and it's a 1998 . It looks a little bit like this one. But I have more cabinets and my master bath is a lot bigger , I have a stand up shower a garden tub with a shower in it and two sinks , And my back door is close to the master Bedroom too. And back then we paid I think around $35,000. . But I do like to see what you have to show.
