How different would his skill REALLY be if the first two parts didn't exist?? 100 and 200hp/sec are both ridiculously low compared to his max health (with healing) and his normal dps
@@123goofyking I mean you could say that about a lot of ops. Remove the slow and defense shred from Ch'en's s3. Remove the fragile from Suz and cut the duration by like 5 seconds. Make it so it takes twice as long for Mylnar to buff his attack fully and remove the true damage portion. Like we can fuck up ALL our favorite ops in big and small ways xD Obviously my examples range from meh to oh dear lord that's awful why would you imagine these nerfs but idk, crusher needed this bs lol

The 100hp/s bleed on himself is again, could be another possible new mechanic interaction (Buff/smt for allies in range inflicted with burn/poison/bleed). Or simply, his module is on its way. Something like "increase atk and shelter effect based on low HP is" or "whenever HP is not full, deal +15% more damage".
decent ops indeed and thankfully his kit fix crusher archetype. there are many ways to make him more good with module, such as increase chance stun in s3, increase shelter effect, etc he isn't kind of operator who can do everything alone without support from other ops but he's indeed good ops with decent dps and maybe good for helidrop? I'm really glad HG still keep the quality of main story 6 stars as good as it should to be

Not really broken just usable. Broken would be Kaltsit, Surtr, Chalter, Ling, Mlynar, etc. Those were Meta, Hoerderer is just a worthy 6* that fixed or made his archetype usable.

1. It’s not a flat True Damage, it’s damage over time, and it’s quite minuscule on higher HP targets. 2. S2 is stun every attack with an slower ASPD. S3 is a RNG chance. 3. He passively loses HP with S3, so at best the heal will only prevent some of those lost health. With the slow ASPD, he _probably_ won’t out heal the damage he receive on his own.
